The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living area with dining areas. 2 large south facing sun terraces (1 offering a sea view), fully air-conditioned.  The well equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances.

The apartment sleeps 4 people (plus 2 children with sofabed) and is ideal for families and couples looking for a stress free holiday near the beach in the 5 star Vale do Lobo resort.  This apartment has been furnished and redecorated to a supreme standard, many extras include air-conditioning, plasma TV, DVD player, video player, CD MP3 sound systems and Sky digital satellite TV.

Wireless broadband, travel-cot and high-chair are available free of charge.

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1: kingsize bed, sofabed (sleeps 2 children), TV, MP3 CD Player and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, TV, MP3 CD Player, hairdryer & built-in wardrobes. Leads on to a large south facing sun terrace with sea views and patio furniture.
Bathrooms:	Refurbished Lower floor bathroom with with bath and shower, bidet, twin sinks and WC. First floor bathroom with shower, bidet, 1 sink and WC.
Kitchen:	Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Utility Room:	Utility cupboard housing an iron, ironing board, broom and vacuum.
Living Room:	The living room has large sofa and armchair with additional chairs, there is dining table with 6 chairs, coffee table, large plasma TV with Sky digital, DVD player, video player, CD MP3 USB hifi. The decor is new and vibrant with views over the gardens.
Other:	All rooms are strictly non-smoking and no pets please. Smoking is permitted on the sun terraces.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Bed linen and towels changed once a week (Saturday). Maid service for cleaning is once a week. We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own.
